The work of adolescents and young people in the cultivation of cranberry.
The objective of the study is to understand the safety and health at work of adolescents and young workers, between 16 and 24 years of age, in Argentina working on the cultivation of cranberry in the provinces of Entre Ríos and Buenos Aires, including the dangers and risks it faces and the knowledge and perceptions of them and their employers regarding Health and Safety at Work. Rapid evaluation is defined as "an innovative methodology that employs several simultaneous research strategies in order to obtain a relatively quick understanding of a specific problem. The present study is carried out by the SES Foundation at the request of the Country Office of the International Labor Organization (ILO) for Argentina and the Superintendency of Occupational Risks (SRT) participates.
We finished the first year of training for action in the homes of the future throughout the country.
With many learnings built together with the young people, finished at the end of the second stage of workshops in 4 territories in the framework of the project Training for the future with the INJUTO In which we work programming workshops, robotic, community administrator, care of Children, among others. We face the challenge of continuing to find new opportunities for training in the summer.
